Designed to express a dynamic informality, Centennial Place juxtaposes asymmetrical sculptural elements: lobby arrivals, top setbacks, canted west and north walls, sloped roofs-with layered glass and metal curtain walls. A major western termination of the city centre, Centennial Place is both a foil to the lower-density developments to the north and west and a significant skyline feature visible from the Bow River.
The two towers, one 40 and the other 26 storeys, provide 97,000 m² of usable space. The typical floor features 16 corner offices and minimal structural intrusion for greater layout flexibility and access to breathtaking mountain views.
