Using a strategy of extensive naturalized landscaping, the project echoes the character of the Etobicoke Creek and the adjacent conservation area that borders the site. The use of wood and stone reinforces this theme and serves to anchor the buildings to the landscape. A pair of buildings in the centre of the site is linked by an enclosed pedestrian pavilion that is the focal point of a shared courtyard. A second pair of buildings is located at a major street intersection and provides a gateway to the site. Areas of parking are screened from view by landscaped berms that frame the major access roads within the site.
The master plan for this 55 hectare site in Mississauga contemplates 17 low-rise office buildings totalling 190,000 m² with parking for close to 8,000 cars. The first two phases, consisting of 4 office buildings totaling 60,000 m² for the TD Bank, are complete.
