Clad in an elegant palette of granite and pewter-coloured reflective glass, the Ernst & Young Tower makes a refined contribution to the Calgary skyline. At night, the building is easily identified by a distinctive lantern, that glows at the top of the building. Its typical 2,000 m² floor plate features 14 corner offices with column-free perimeter walls and uninterrupted views of the Bow River and the Rocky Mountains beyond.
Located in the heart of the downtown, this $70M, 23 storey tower provides office space totaling 47,500 m². Parking for 270 cars is available on three levels below grade.
