San Stefano, a storied name in Alexandria, a legendary hotel and meeting place on the Corniche facing the Mediterranean has, through this project, been reborn as a vibrant mixed-use development. The curving forms of the towers are imaginatively designed to capture superlative sea views and blend with an architectural language that is at once sympathetic to traditional Alexandria and suggestive of a new and contemporary outlook.
The project includes 880 residential apartments; a Four Seasons Hotel featuring 125 guest suites along with significant Ballroom, meeting room and restaurant elements; 50,000 m² of retail on 3 levels; office space totaling 12,000 m²; 10 cinemas, and parking for 1500 cars. Invited International Design Competition Winner.
