Responding to stringent daylight and setback regulations, this 200,000m² mixed-use project includes an enclosed “leaf-shaped” landscaped garden at the centre of a large site. The leaf design motif was exploited not only as the genesis of the courtyard layout, but as the marketing identity of the project as a whole. All residential units were designed with living, dining and master bedrooms with a south or south-west orientation. Flanking the residential portion of the project, a major commercial office building and ancillary retail areas complete the composition and address a major commercial street.
