The vision of Dubai Marina is to create a waterfront “City within a City” in a prime location offering an urban lifestyle together with the advantages of owning a home on the water. As part of the team creating one of the world’s largest planned waterfront developments, WZMH designed a total of seven towers ranging in height from 24 to 35 storeys. The first group of buildings, known as Park Island, features four towers totaling some 87,000 m² set in a generously landscaped garden directly on the waterfront, an easy walk to pristine beaches, shopping and amenities.
