David Rich has been a major contributor to the success of WZMH for over 35 years. As a Principal in the firm, he has designed numerous large scale commercial and corporate projects including one of the firm’s signature projects, Scotia Plaza, Toronto.
David believes that good design begins with a clear, strong vision that insightfully addresses the opportunities and challenges that are unique to each project. To ensure the ultimate success of a project, he strives to stay true to that vision throughout all phases of work.
David received his architectural training at the Northern Polytechnic (now the University of North London) in London, England, and holds a Masters degree in Urban Design from Columbia University in New York. He joined WZMH in 1971 and became a Principal in 1981. Prior to joining the firm he worked for Shankland Cox Partnership Architects and Planners of London, England.
