Han Tang has been with WZMH Architects for over a decade, fulfilling a number of duties and gaining experience as a Project Coordinator working with clients, contractors, and consultants on a variety of projects. Han has worked on numerous projects ranging from Institutional, Commercial, Hospitality and Residential, in both new designs and renovated buildings.

His expertise includes coordination of consultant teams while leading projects through design, construction and delivery phases to efficiently deliver projects and meet demanding construction schedules. Han’s extensive knowledge of construction methods, envelope detailing, and building code requirements has assisted him in resolving complex requirements of projects, both in the office and on the construction site. He has extensive site experience and contract administration and has the ability to coordinate consultants on very complex projects.

With attention to detail, creative thinking and technical skills Han ensures that a project’s design intent is reflected in the final product. Creativity combined with technical expertise has ensured that his projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Han has profound knowledge of BIM systems for large scaled projects having worked on many of the offices largest and complex projects; including project set-up, cross-disciplinary coordination and documentation for design, tender and construction.

Han joined WZMH in 2006 and became an Associate Principal in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Science from Ryerson University and is a member of the Ontario Building Envelope Council.
