Zenon has directed multi-disciplinary consultant teams on some of WZMH’s largest projects. He has a strong record of performance, meeting tight schedules on fast-track projects, including mission critical facilities, corporate office buildings and hospitality developments such as Caesars Windsor. Zenon brings energy, enthusiasm, and rigour to the management of each project in which he is involved. His strength in organizational clarity is paralleled by the speed of his response. He welcomes and thrives on new challenges and spearheaded the development of the firm's prefabrication-modular-offsite construction sector with the invention of the Intelligent Structural Panel (ISP). In 2017, Zenon founded the firm's research and development lab (Sparkbird) which focuses on smart building technologies. Zenon joined WZMH in 1995 and became a Principal of the firm in 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Science from Toronto’s Ryerson University.
