This new custom-designed rental building features 198 units in a 20-storey tower, an adjacent six-storey podium and 10 townhouse units over one floor of underground parking. The building mass is divided into vertical and horizontal segments by use of grey brick, window wall and metal panel in striking accent bands. All units feature glass balconies with views to the city. There are a variety of unit types and sizes ranging from one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, two-bedroom and three-bedroom in the tower and podium, as well as four-bedroom townhouse units for larger families.
