These two rental replacement buildings are designed as gateways on Sheppard Avenue to the new Parkway Forest community. Finished with a buff brick matching adjacent existing buildings and patterned with a language of aluminum punched windows and projecting glass balconies, each building contains 81 units in a mix of suite types and sizes. Ground floor units have adjacent patios to create outdoor living space for residents and “eyes on the street”. Part of the innovative design includes double height stacked townhouse units with internal staircases. The fours stacks of these 3 bedroom townhouses create an eight storey facade along Parkway Forest Drive.
