Hines mixed-use development at 64-86 Bathurst is currently under construction. WZMH is Architect of Record on this project in collaboration with 3XN. The 17-storey development will include 307 rental residential rental units, offices and retail space, indoor and rooftop amenities, over 3 levels of below grade parking. The façade features a pattern of metallic and white mullions and balcony dividers.
