The Chalkfarm Redevelopment proposes a new Rental Building for Greenwin, situated at the corner of Jane Street and Chalk Farm Drive in Etobicoke. The proposed building will contain 506 units within a 32 storey tower and 9 storey podium. The ground floor will contain a large amenity area for tenants and a new roof terrace will acomodate outdoor social  gatherings.

The large building is split onto vertical and horizontal masses in order to integrate more sensitively into its adjacent context. The solid base is defined by brick and metal panel finishes with punched windows, while more glass is used in the tower to emphasize verticality. The north side of the building steps down to the adjacent neighbourhood with 2 storey townhouses defining the base edge on Chalk Farm Drive.
