This three-tower condominium project is part of WZMH’s award-winning master plan for Parkway Forest, a development that introduces infill at a community scale with new residential towers and townhouses in a mix of unit sizes and ownership models. Floor layouts are designed with units positioned on building corners to maximize views to the city. The façades are designed with a varied palette of materials and colours to create a visually dynamic effect.

The Peak, at 33-storeys, includes a grand interior entrance, indoor pool, and outdoor terrace. The Point is a 24-storey tower with 279 units and Lumina is a 13-storey tower. The podium includes units with balconies and amenities overlooking the adjacent streets to promote a strong connection to the neighbourhood. This block of Emerald City includes a major grocery store with interior access for residents.
