High Park Village is an existing property containing 3 slab like rental buildings ranging in height from 12 to 23 storeys. The proposed redevelopment envisages the insertions of 2 towers of 25 and 32 storeys, podiums and a block of townhouses in order to add much needed rental housing to this existing neighbourhood and in proximity to public transit. In total 720 new residential units are proposed for the site with generous landscaping between for use of existing and new residents. In addition, a large new enclosed amenity area and gym are proposed.

The building designs are inspired by proximity to High Park and Canadian Fall colours integrated into the architecural treatments of buildings with terra-cotta and copper accents. Larger towers and podiums are broken into vertical and horizontal volumes in order to help integrate with the pedestrian scale of the adjacent neighbourhood.
