This project is a major renovation and expansion to the former Les Promenades de l’Ouataouis, an existing regional shopping centre. It includes new Simons, H&M and Forever XXI stores.. The expansion also includes eight new mall entrances, complete common area and washroom renovations, a reconfigured and expanded food court (including 13 tenants and seating for 745) along with new restaurants. Exterior façade upgrades, site and landscape upgrades and new loading docks round out the repositioning. In joint venture with NEUF Architectes of Montreal, and design by Pappas Design Studios, architectural services included master planning, pre-design, site planning, negotiations with the city and contract administration, as well as engagement and coordination of all building engineering sub-consultant services.
