Located within the historic Warehouse and directly adjacent to the city’s new Arena District, the development explores the theme of multiple towers on a perimeter “street wall” podium.

Designed to respond to the character of the Warehouse district, the brick podium is articulated with balconies and reveals a rich urban street wall while the towers are organized using principles of dynamic symmetry, adding visual interest to the city’s skyline. Appropriate setbacks are provided between the towers, while complemented by a central exterior courtyard which ensures a minimal overview between residential units within the towers. The slim and elegant proportions are heightened by the different orientations of the towers as well as the variation in overall heights and subtle variations of colour.

The three towers are designed to receive purpose-built condominiums, apartments and private condominiums at heights of 45, 43 and 48 storeys, respectively. The six storey podium houses residential units and street related retail. The development includes 1300 residential units and entails the restoration and repurposing of the historic 1947 Massey-Harris Building designed by Edmonton architects Blakey and Blakey.
