Designed for one of the five major Canadian financial institutions, the NSCC data centre will replace an existing facility upon reaching full capacity. The facility includes 215,278 square feet of data halls and is designed to meet Tier III+ requirements for all mechanical and electrical systems. The data hall design is based on a modular build out, aligned with the mechanical and electrical plant. NSCC is targeting a power usage effective (PUE) of less than 1.2 and the building and site are designed to meet the requirements of LEED Gold Certification.
