Designed as the first condominium with the Parkway Forest Master Plan, the glass tower rises 36 storeys above its podium base. Materials consist of a buff brick with punched windows for the podium, window wall, metal panel and pre-cast elements for the tower. The tower is adjacent to the Don Mills subway station and the intersection of Sheppard Avenue and Don Mills Rd. The building contains 479 units in a mix of unit types and sizes ranging from 1B, 1B+D, 2B and 3B. The surrounding Public Art is by Douglas Copeland and includes the “Four Seasons” conical art installation.
