A multi-year development, this mixed-use project will repurpose and rebrand a traditional enclosed shopping mall into a vibrant, walkable community for up to 20,000 residents. As part of a phased development, existing surface parking lots will be converted into high-density residential neighbourhoods comprised of towers and podiums with centrally-located courtyards. An outdoor High Street shopping experience with selected retail uses will complement the interior mall and provide a pedestrian-friendly urban environment. The gateway to the development, a grand outdoor plaza surrounded by retail, restaurants, and offices, will be the forecourt to the new main entrance. Inside, a new central atrium with a Food Hall covered by an expansive glass roof, will become the heart of the community. A landmark complete with a sky restaurant will act as a beacon in the City of Vaughan. The northern end of the site will be anchored by a transit hub and community centre that will draw visitors into the site.

The development will ultimately deliver a multitude of towers providing a mix of residential, hotel, and office uses, and over 90,000 m2 of retail space. The first phase of the project, currently in design, comprises towers with residential, hotel, and office uses, and the repurposing of the existing retail.
