This project is a Tier III+ data centre for one of the largest Canadian financial institutions. Located on a 50 acre site, the data centre is situated adjacent to a protected environmental area.

The facility includes a 10,000 m² raised floor which is divided into modules, as well as associated mechanical and electrical support spaces. The mechanical and electrical support spaces are designed to allow the facility to expand to include a second raised floor of 8,000 m². The facility is designed with an optimal floor plan that provides the most direct routing for mechanical piping and electrical conduits. This direct routing is a very efficient means of providing cooling and power to the server cabinets. The building and site were designed and constructed to resist post disaster scenarios such as an F2 Tornado. The data centre has power usage effectiveness (PUE) of less than 1.2 and is LEED Gold certified.
