Steeles West will feature two residential towers (40 and 52 storeys) over a 7-storey podium. Located near the corner of Yonge and Steeles in Vaughan, the surrounding area is set for intensification and redevelopment in response to a City of Vaughan Secondary Plan and future TTC subway station.

The building design is inspired by the aerodynamics of movement, cars and trains in response to the existing site use and future subway. The design features an exterior triangular grid which wraps the buildings and podiums with cut-outs for windows and balcony openings. Parametric design was used to develop he building forms and shapes. Site features include a retail street edge on Steeles Avenue and Parkland dedication to the north of the site.
